M41 Army Tropical Field Cap: This is a very interesting cap.
The basic construction is just like any other M41 cap. It is
made from a medium weight olive green cotton. The visor is lined
with thin cardboard. The lining is a little darker red than
normally seen. It is a size 58 and dated 1943. The maker is
unusual and I've never seen it before "Uniform-Degner Berlin.
The metal grommets do not have the usual fingers and the metal
rings are wide. The most unusual thing about the piece is the
insignia, It is a one piece trapezoid and the eagle is done in
pale blue thread. I have never seen one of these before. Overall
the cap shows some wear and a few light stains. This cap has
been discussed with Gary Wilkins and even with the oddities he
felt the cap was a period piece and the insignia rare. The
entire cap was black lighted and nothing glowed. All the
materials are natural no synthetics.

Reproduction Army Artillery Officers Visor Cap: A good
looking example, made to look like a Weimar period upgrade with
the lighter green band. The eagle, wreath and cockade appear to
be original period pieces.

Army Medical Officers Visor Cap: A good example made from a
medium quality wool. The exterior is very nice and the body has
no holes or stains. The bottle green band has one discoloration
to the left of the wreath, it is not as bad as it looks in the
photos and may clean off.The metal insignia are
original to the piece and have taken on a dark patina.
The leather sweatband has some moisture damage
and is loose about 2/3 of the way round the cap. It is
all present and could be resewn. Most of the moisture
shield is gone. The lining is gold ribbed cloth and has
Stirndruckfrei Deutsches Reichpatent stamped into it.
A very nice looking cap overall.

white in some areas. The eagle is a flat wire version and is a
Bevo enlisted ranks style. The
interior is very nice with no staining. There are no
markings in the cap. It's about a size 57.

NSKK Overseas Cap: A very nice example with false ear flap.
The buttons are the split prong type. The Bevo insignia is for
Hochland and is nicely applied. The interior is clean, the RZM
tag is a bit washed out but still readable.
The cap is a size 57.
