Terms and Conditions

 When you are ready to order drop us an email. Please include your address so we can calculate the postage for you. All items will be shipped US Postal Service.

We will make every effort to make sure you are pleased with your purchase and hope you will visit us again. We offer a ten (10)day no hassle return policy, less postage. All items must be returned in the condition as sent . If you are returning an item for any reason, please email us and let us know so we can expect it.

All items are original unless otherwise stated. All items sold as original pre-1945 manufacture unless otherwise stated.

Postage will be calculated and a total sent to you.  There are no "handling fees". We strongly urge you to insure items for their full value. Otherwise, buyers must assume the full risk if items are lost, stolen or damaged. All items shipped have proof of mailing available.

We accept money orders, cashiers checks and Western Union. Personal checks must clear before items are sent. Items will be held for 10 days unless prior arrangements have been made.

Who is HMS Brinmaric Collectibles: I have been a militaria collector for over 25 years. I specialize in WWII German Police and auxiliaries. I also have and interest in British from WWII and before. I began selling on eBay in 1997 and have 100% satisfaction with over 1900 transactions. Be sure to check my auctions under hmsbrinmaric.

Mission Statement
 My main goal is to offer quality, original militaria at competitive, fair market prices. I am a collector first and know how I like to be treated when purchasing items for my collection.

Layaway Plan
I have been asked by several people if I will do layaway. After much thought this is what I have come up with:

A 20% down payment (which is nonrefundable, unless otherwise discussed) and the full balance due within 30 days of agreement. Longer terms available for higher priced items.

  Return policy on Layaways....I want you to be satisfied with any purchase you make from me.  However, if you elect to return an item that you have placed on layaway, I shall retain the down payment as a processing and administrative payment, because I will need to market the item over again.

We are always looking for good quality, original militaria, please contact us with what you have available for sale.

Pricing
I have been asked by some people if my prices are negotiable. I try to offer original, quality items at competitive prices. These are being offered to the market for the first time. The price they are marked at is what I need to get for them.  With that you get the satisfaction of knowing the item is original and you are getting superior service.

"On Hold"
Items placed on hold will be held for 10 days for US customers and 14 days for Overseas
Customers. Payment must be received during this time or items will be removed from hold. "On hold" is also used for items on Layaway. If you see an item "on hold" that you are interested in please contact us and we'll let you know the status on the piece.
